Runway Gen-3 is a well-established video model with a distinctive cinematic look, available for both text-to-video and image-to-video.

Act Two is the more unusual of the two and powers the Recast studio: it transfers a performance from a driving video onto a different character, keeping timing and body mechanics while changing who performs. When the movement is the difficult part, acting it out and transferring it beats describing it.

Runway is premium-tier at 1.5x, so a 5-second clip costs around 30 credits — the same as Veo or Sora at equivalent settings.
